Job summary

UniSuper seeks an experienced Acurity Tech Lead to shape solution approaches and govern technical quality across the Acurity platform and its integrations. You will influence complex technical decisions, balancing business needs with risk and ensuring long-term platform sustainability.

You will mentor delivery squads, set engineering standards, and ensure secure, performant integrations with enterprise systems to deliver reliable retirement outcomes for our members.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building solutions using Acurity Architect
• Advanced solution design and architecture skills
• Strong application integration, SQL and database design capability
• Experience with technical governance, engineering standards and Agile delivery
• Strong understanding of application security, risk and operational resilience
• Experience mentoring and developing technical capability across software delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Shape complex technical solutions aligned with platform strategy, architectural principles and engineering standards
• Govern technical delivery from design through implementation and production support
• Set standards for development practices, engineering processes and code quality
• Define solution approaches that address security, performance, resilience and supportability
• Advise on complex production incidents, root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
• Influence technical capability through mentoring, collaboration and knowledge sharing
