We are looking for an experienced Acurity Developer for one of our leading technology clients in Australia. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and customising superannuation solutions on the Acurity platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and high system performance.

You will work closely with business, product, and delivery teams to build scalable, industry-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain superannuation solutions on the Iress Acurity platform.
• Customise and integrate Acurity modules to meet client-specific business and regulatory needs.
• Analyse system performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Australian superannuation regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testers, and superannuation SMEs to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation and provide regular status updates.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform upgrades, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Iress Acurity in a superannuation environment.
• Strong development skills in Java, Python, or C++.
• In-depth understanding of the Australian superannuation industry, including compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, integrations, and performance optimisation.
