Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking an ERP System Administrator to own Acumatica across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project accounting. This hands-on role requires configuring, operating, and continuously improving the Acumatica platform while reducing vendor dependency.

You will also support Procurements and the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration, and play a central role in upgrades and governance, enabling reliable, scalable ERP operations for a growing life sciences business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Acumatica administration experience across Finance and adjacent modules.
• Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing, AP workflows, or system administration.
• Demonstrated experience with Acumatica major-version upgrades — including customization risk assessment, test validation, and coordinated rollout.
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications, and approval workflow configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Acumatica administrator: configuration, user access, security, workflows and module settings.
• Design and implement finance solutions using Acumatica functionality and workflows.
• Support core finance workflows: AP, AR, GL, project accounting, billing and month-end close.
• Own procurement enablement and integration with Concur; optimize supplier workflows.
• Own integration health and governance for Celigo + Acumatica and related systems.
