Job summary

Implicor is seeking a proactive Systems Accountant to join our finance team in Australia. This role bridges numbers, technology and operations, working with Finance, Payroll, IT and Operations to optimize the MYOB Acumatica ERP and related financial systems.

You will lead system administration, drive process improvements, develop reporting and dashboards, manage costing and inventory, and support month-end processes, with cross‑functional collaboration essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Proven experience as Systems Accountant or finance systems role.
• Experience with ERP systems; MYOB Acumatica preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and troubleshoot the ERP system (Acumatica) and finance systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to streamline workflows.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.
• Maintain standard costing, inventory valuation, and costing processes.
• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Liaise between Finance, Payroll, IT, and Operations to resolve queries.
