• Proven retail sales experience and strong commercial instincts.

• Confidence with VM, stock processes and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, hitting your own KPIs, productivity, average dollar, units per sale
• Coach and support your team's performance, day to day
• Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards on point
• Step up and run the store in your Store Leader's absence
• Build genuine relationships that bring customers back and grow the team
