Job summary

Lorna Jane Chadstone is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Leader, lead on the floor, coach the team, and drive sales in a fast-paced activewear environment.

You will be one of the team's strongest sellers, a natural coach on the floor, and responsible for ensuring visual merchandising and stock processes are on point, while growing the business and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience in apparel or activewear.
• Ability to coach and lift the team.
• Confidence with VM, stock processes and day-to-day operations.
• Seeking leadership progression from senior sales to ASM.
• Genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, hitting KPIs and productivity.
• Coach and support the team day to day.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards.
• Step up and run the store in Store Leader's absence.
• Build relationships that bring customers back and grow the team.
