Job summary

My Care Living is seeking a dedicated female Disability Support Worker for active night shifts in Springwood. You will provide hands-on overnight support, including personal care, mobility help, and safe medication administration.

Ideal candidates have experience in NDIS or disability settings, are calm under pressure, and can document progress clearly. The role offers flexible hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with NDIS or disability settings.
• Ability to manage high-intensity and complex care needs.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid and CPR to be current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver active overnight support including personal care and mobility assistance.
• Administer medication safely according to plans.
• Support high-intensity and complex care needs and wound care where required.
• Use hoists for transfers; maintain safe manual handling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.
• Communicate clearly with participant, team and professionals.
• Follow support plans and work as part of a team.
