Job summary

You will lead and model high-quality pedagogy, data-informed practice, and professional learning to grow staff capability, strengthen faith formation, and improve student outcomes within a Catholic school community.

Qualifications

• Meets Level D accreditation requirements or has, and/or committed to achieving within contract period.
• Level C accreditation or commitment to gain within the first contractual period.
• NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in implementing the vision and mission of the school.
• Assist leadership in the conduct and organisation of the school.
• Lead change to enhance learning and faith formation for students.
