Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong seeks a Temporary Middle Leader 2 and Instructional Coach to assist the Principal in implementing the school’s vision and mission, fostering faith growth and learning improvement for students. Job description

A Temporary full time position commencing 28 January 2027 until 26 January 2027.

The role of Middle Leader 2 and Instructional Coach exists to support the Principal in implementing the vision and mission of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students and assist the school leadership team in the conduct and organisation of the school.

This position may provide an opportunity for permanent CEDoW staff to undertake a temporary secondment.

• Leads change and improvement to enhance learning for all students.
• Can demonstrate, understand and have knowledge of EAL/D pedagogy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level D Accreditation in accordance with 'Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong' policy.
• Level C Accreditation in accordance with 'Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong' policy or a commitment to gain within the first contractual period.
• NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as a child related work and therefore we require a working with children clearance to be completed prior to your commencement with us.
