Qualifications

• Proven experience leading successful sales teams with target growth.
• Strong coaching and development mindset for team performance.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage sales budgets/KPIs.
• Experience in or with public sector environment is advantageous.
• Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a leadership team.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ACT sales team to deliver budgets and KPIs.
• Embed disciplined sales behaviours aligned with our sales methodology.
• Drive sales performance and ensure smooth delivery and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to branch planning, including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow new and existing accounts.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable branch culture.
• Build relationships with other State Managers and General Managers to capture cross-functional opportunities.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts.
