Job summary

Lovisa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a dynamic network of stores, building high-performing teams and driving on-brand customer experiences across the region.

You will oversee 6-9 stores, energize store leadership, and ensure operational excellence while managing labour spend and loss prevention in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion retail

• Strong commercial acumen and target orientation
• Confidence leading in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Ability to balance people, performance, and operations
• Experience in multi-site or flagship leadership is a bonus
