Lovisa is seeking a Regional Manager in Australia to lead and energise a multi-store region, delivering on-brand customer experiences and driving commercial performance.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, optimise rostering and labour budgets, manage shrinkage, and ensure exceptional standards across your stores while seizing growth opportunities across the region.
