Job summary

Lovisa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and energise a multi-store region, driving commercial success and memorable customer experiences across your stores. You’ll coach and develop high‑performing teams, manage labour budgets, and ensure consistent standards in a fast‑paced fashion retail environment.

You will oversee 6–9 stores, balance people, performance and operations, and promote loss prevention while pursuing growth and a positive, upbeat culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of meeting targets.
