This is a rare leadership opportunity for an experienced occupational rehab professional who enjoys leading people, owning strategic growth and delivering strong RTW performance.

Qualifications

• Allied Health professional with accreditation and 5+ years in workplace rehabilitation.
• +3 years people management in occupational rehab or personal injury.
• Strong ACT Workers Compensation knowledge.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes.
• Current Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage our People and develop a high-performing ACT team.
• Oversee ACT management team’s day-to-day service delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Drive operational performance including outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Lead an ambitious growth plan for the ACT branch network.
• Act as the lead contact for the ACT Workers Compensation insurer and agents.
• Collaborate with national and state resources to improve delivery processes.
