Job summary

Data#3, one of Australia’s respected technology solutions providers, seeks an experienced ACT Infrastructure Solutions Sales Leader. You will lead the ACT sales team, shape the territory business plan and drive complex infrastructure and services opportunities with government and enterprise clients.

Focus on coaching, performance, budget discipline and delivering strong outcomes, while building executive relationships with customers and partners. Canberra market knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong track record in technology sales, including complex solutions for public sector.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget, forecasting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ACT sales team with clear performance expectations.
• Build and execute an ACT business plan aligned with Data#3's national strategy.
• Drive infrastructure and services sales across strategic customers and executive relationships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and ACT P&L to maximise sustainable growth.
• Develop productive relationships with customers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.
