United Petroleum in Sydney is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to drive nationwide growth by identifying and securing high-value service station opportunities. You will develop a regional pipeline, build deep industry relationships and lead commercial negotiations to deliver successful acquisitions.

The role requires a strategic, deal‑maker mindset with strong networking, negotiation and financial modelling skills, aligned with our ambitious expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in acquisitions, network development, site acquisition or related commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of petroleum, convenience retail or service station sectors.
• Proven track record securing acquisition and development opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of planning frameworks, development approvals and property transactions.
• Established industry networks with developers, agents, landlords and operators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure service station acquisition opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with national expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, agents and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations including leases, development agreements and acquisitions.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and commercial evaluations.
• Collaborate with legal, planning, finance and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
