Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have experience in an Accounts Receivable role with high volume debtors.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with reconciliation and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receipting and allocation of payments.
• Reconciling statements for key accounts.
• Collection of monies outstanding.
• Daily bank reconciliation including journal adjustments.
• Reconciliation of clearing accounts (cash, Amex, Afterpay, etc.).
• Reconciling online purchases and payments.
• Verify and process credit and limit increase applications.
• Maintain debtor records and compliance with debtor insurance.
• Store audits and ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
