Job summary

Maytronics Australia is hiring for a full-time Accounts Receivable role based at our Head Office in Oxley, Brisbane. You will support our branch network across Australia and Asia, handling payments, credits and customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

You'll work under our Accounts Receivable Team Leader, use MS Office and our ERP system, and enjoy a supportive team culture with a loyalty bonus scheme, employee assistance program and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating confidently with customers.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn our ERP.
• Able to multitask under pressure.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and allocate them accurately.
• Follow up with customers outside credit policy by phone.
• Release orders per financial approvals.
• Allocate receipts and credits monthly.
• Review new trade accounts and perform credit checks.
• Maintain customer details and PPSR records.
