Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts or accounting.
• Experience using accounting software (MYOB AccountRight Desktop preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage steady to high volume of work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes and verify invoice details with internal departments.
• Enter verified timesheets into MYOB accurately and promptly (daily).
• Monitor the accounts inbox and respond to client enquiries.
