Seven Media Group (SMG) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable team. You will handle ledger management, billing disputes, and reconciliations while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 2+ years in collections/credit control, strong communication, and solid Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus. Collaborative work with General Managers and Sales Managers is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a collections or credit control environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills highly desirable.
• SAP accounting software skills preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage time, meet targets and deadlines.
• Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a customer accounts receivable ledger, proactively collecting outstanding payments through phone and email communication while maintaining accurate account records.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, process account and adjustments, and prepare customer account reconciliations.
• Authorize payment arrangements up to $5K, escalating higher-value requests, and prepare workflows for customer refunds.
• Monitor account balances, ensuring zero-value accounts are cleared weekly, and all documentation is maintained accurately.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Sales Managers through regular meetings, provide backup support across Credit Control and New Accounts, and participate in ongoing team training.
