Zusammenfassung

CoStar Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage the collection/credit escalation process and support the National Credit Manager with reporting and process improvements. You will liaise with internal and external customers, recover aged debt, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

The role requires 5+ years in AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with AU business structures. MYOB/Procore experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in high‑performing AR teams.
• Significant experience in collections (including legal).
• Knowledge of Mercantile Agents principles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of Australian business structures.
• Analytical mindset with reporting abilities.
• Finance or business degree educated; tertiary qualification in Finance or related field.
• Experience with BPO environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with internal/external customers to resolve disputes and recover aged debt.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet financial objectives.
• Act as escalation point to resolve disputes while protecting revenue.
• Prepare monthly disputes, bad debt write-offs, and debt analytics.
• Assist with system migrations and process improvements.
• Coordinate tracking of customer payments and referrals to Mercantile Agent.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
