Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

• Managing daily banking and receipting activities
• Processing and allocating payments
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
• Conducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviews
• Monitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
• Assisting with the administration of receivables and related processes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
• Assisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as required
