Qualifications

• 2+ years' end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience, including cash application and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer receipts accurately and on time, ensuring accounts are up to date.
• Prepare bank journals and complete bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash and reconciling items.
• Resolve first-contact customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain Vendor Master Data and use systems and technology to manage work tasks and update records.
• Escalate work tasks as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the Shared Service.
• Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox, delegating requests appropriately.

About You
