Job summary

Quality Centre Foods Services – Auburn NSW is seeking a passionate Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing and ensure timely payments. You will generate invoices, reconcile accounts, and monitor overdue payments while coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

You will handle card payments, maintain detailed records, and provide regular AR reporting. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and adherence to procedures to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Exceptional customer service and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have full working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Quality Centre Food Services is located in Auburn NSW and has been importing premium Italian food and products to the Australian market since 1994 and have developed a reputation as Sydney's Premier Food Distributor, offering the best quality products along with exceptional customer services.

We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and dynamic person that could help in Accounts Receivable.

About the Role :

• Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, communicating with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Process credit card payments and other forms of electronic funds transfer.
• Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Experience & Key responsibilities:
