Lifeview, a Victorian-based residential aged care provider with 284 beds, seeks a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The role focuses on onboarding new residents, billing, banking, and receipting, with liaison to Services Australia for debtor inquiries in a fast-changing sector.

Responsabilidades

• On-board new residents into finance system using Residential Agreements.
• Perform duties related to resident accounts: monthly billing, receipting and banking, monthly retentions, monthly direct debit, refund of fees and RAD.
• Liaise with Services Australia Aged Care Provider regarding debtor enquiries.
• Ensure prudential letters are sent out in a timely manner.
• Provide bookkeeping and accounting duties accurately and timely.
• Prepare petty cash reconciliations.
• Manage centrepay deductions.
• Prepare reconciliations of trade debtors, means tested care fees and non-clinical care contributions fee.
• Provide guidance to staff and managers on accounts receivable procedures.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Ensure reporting requested by stakeholders is completed and forwarded timely.
• Provide administration support to Corporate Office as required.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Follow-up with clients regarding RAD receipts and refunds and outstanding Debtors.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated, self-managed accounts receivable officer to join our team

On-board new residents into finance system using Residential Agreements

Perform all duties related to resident accounts such as monthly billing, receipting and banking, monthly retentions, monthly direct debit, refund of fees and RAD, etc.

Liaise with Services Australia Aged Care Provider regarding debtor enquiries

Ensure any prudential letters are sent out in a timely manner

Provide bookkeeping and accounting duties accurately and in a timely manner

Provide administration support to the Corporate Office as required

Participate in meetings and conference calls as and when required

Performing any other duties as required and as appropriate for the incumbent’s level of competence

Follow-up with clients regarding the expected RAD receipts and refund

Follow-up with clients regarding outstanding Debtors.

This is not a Hybrid role

The successful applicant will
