You will be responsible for reporting the Gross Profit and ensuring all costs and revenue are accurately accounted for. Ideal candidates will have a relevant business degree and experience in a finance administration role. The Role

In this role you will be responsible for reporting the Gross Profit for each deal and ensuring all costs and revenue streams are accounted for correctly. Through your positive attitude and attention to detail, you will improve the delivery timelines and reliability of Finance outputs, including processing deals, entering to Pentana, working within policy and timely completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely accounting, ensuring all entries are accurately posted within the ERA system.
• Cash handling within the dealership, ensuring all dealership practices are in line with Cash Handling procedures
• Maintaining accurate balance sheets, collaborating with accountants in the completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Maintain the highest standard in deal processing
• Support the accurate management and recording of stock
• Build strong relationships within Sime Motors

What We Need From You
