Job summary

Iluka Resources Ltd, Perth-based in CBD, is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer. You will resolve exceptions, process foreign currency payments, and maintain vendor data while supporting continuous improvement in AP processes.

Reporting to the Treasurer, this permanent full-time role is based at our Perth corporate office with flexible/hybrid working arrangements. A high-volume AP background and SAP/Excel experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume accounts payable role.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoices and mismatches; process with the processing bot where needed.
• Monitor bot performance and exception queues; raise fixes where required.
• Prepare, review and release scheduled SAP payment runs; provide forecasts.
