Harmony Australasia is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable professional to deliver end‑to‑end AP services from our Milton, Brisbane office. You will enter invoices in AUD and foreign currencies, process payments, and perform monthly supplier reconciliations in a collaborative team environment.

The role offers a flexible, hybrid setup with up to two days per week working from home, and the chance to contribute to a large, international mining business with a local presence in Australia.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification or at least three years’ accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using computerised accounting systems; Pronto and Redmap experience is desirable but not essential.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience processing foreign-currency transactions.
• Experience working in a large organisation will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Data Entry of Invoices in AUD & Foreign Currencies.
• Processing/uploading of payments to the bank.
• Preparation of Payments & Remittances.
• Documenting all Invoices & Payments.
• Monthly Reporting & Supplier Reconciliations.
