Iluka Resources in Perth is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our corporate team. In a fast-paced environment, you will focus on exceptions, invoice processing, payments, and data accuracy to support treasury and vendor relationships.

Reporting to the Treasurer, this permanent full-time role offers hybrid work, strong data controls, and opportunities to optimise processes with SAP ERP and Excel. Applicants should have 2–3 years in AP and be a collaborative team player.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-volume accounts payable role
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP and Excel required
• Ability to work in a team and maintain data integrity

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoices the processing bot cannot complete
• Monitor bot performance and queues, identify fixes with IT
• Prepare and release scheduled payment runs in SAP with forecasts
• Maintain vendor and payment data integrity
• Provide high-standard customer service to vendors and site personnel
• Support internal and external audit with samples and walkthroughs
• Keep procedures up to date so teammates can cover
