Job summary

Linkforce is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at our CBD Head Office. This permanent full-time role will handle supplier statement reconciliations, payment batches, bank portal management, and AP queries, while maintaining supplier records and payment terms.

The candidate should have AP experience, be proficient in Excel/Office 365, and possess strong communication and numeracy skills with the ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable roles.
• Pronto experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and numeracy accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier/vendor statement reconciliations.
• Create weekly/monthly supplier payment batches.
• Manage bank payment portal.
• Manage credit card and lines of credit.
• Create and maintain supplier details and payment terms.
• Attend to supplier queries.
• Process cash on delivery supplier invoices and authorisations.
• Liaise with Procurement/Project Controls and Site regarding AP queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
