Job summary

Linkforce Engineering in Perth is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in a permanent full-time role at our CBD head office. You will manage supplier statement reconciliations, payment batches and the bank portal.

The ideal candidate has AP experience, is proficient in Excel and Office 365, and can communicate clearly while maintaining high accuracy. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and support career development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations.
• Create weekly/monthly supplier payment batches.
• Manage bank payment portal.
• Manage credit cards and lines of credit.
• Create and maintain supplier details and payment terms.
• Attend to supplier queries.
• Process cash on delivery supplier invoices and authorisations.
• Liaise with Procurement/Project Controls and Site regarding AP queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.

The Role

We now have the opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team working from our CBD Head Office. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of supplier/vendor statement reconciliations
• Creation of weekly/monthly supplier payment batches
• Management of bank payment portal
• Management of credit card and lines of credit
• Creating and maintaining supplier details and payment terms
• Attending to supplier queries
• Processing cash on delivery supplier invoices and authorisations
• Liaising with Procurement/Project Controls and Site regarding any AP queries
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s internal controls, policies and procedures

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable roles
• Experience using Pronto is highly desirable
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and numeracy accuracy
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
