The Benevolent Society is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to maintain creditor accounts and process high volumes of invoices. The role supports efficient AP operations with advanced Excel use and strong attention to detail.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes within a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable with high-volume invoice processing.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, XLOOKUPs and pivots.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience with finance systems; Dynamics 365 highly regarded.
