Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable professional to join its fast-paced retail and FMCG team in Sydney. You will be responsible for end-to-end AP processes, including supplier invoices, claims, credit notes and employee travel expenses.

The role requires strong Excel capabilities, numerical accuracy and proactive communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Join a dynamic finance team at a US-listed global player, with opportunities for development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end AP tasks.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse data and investigate discrepancies.
• Experience with supplier invoices, claims and credits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices
• Process supplier claims
• Review and process supplier credit notes
• Review and process employee travel/expense claims
• Review Costco warehouse/depot expenses and take necessary action
• Follow up on missing supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Perform end-to-end supplier statement reconciliation monthly
• Analyse freight and duty statements monthly to resolve discrepancies
• Review AP aged items monthly and act accordingly
• Liaise with suppliers to keep accounts up to date
• Reconcile bank postings vs GL daily and resolve outstanding items
• Conduct monthly GST reviews and take necessary action
• Assist in other AP tasks to meet team KPIs
