Reo Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join a fast-paced retail and FMCG environment in Olympic Park. The role focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and expense claims while leveraging strong Excel skills to analyse data and resolve discrepancies.

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic finance team, supporting month-end processes and ensuring timely payments.

Competenze

• Experience with end-to-end AP tasks including vendor statement reconciliations and credit notes.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse data and reconcile accounts.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage month-end processes.

Mansioni

• Process supplier invoices and claims
• Review and process supplier credit notes
• Review and process employee travel/expense claims
• Manage supplier statement reconciliations monthly
• Record and analyse GST and reconcile bank vs GL items
• Liaise with suppliers to keep accounts up to date
• Assist in other AP tasks to meet KPIs
