Covetrus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Northgate team in Brisbane on a 6-month contract.

You will perform high‑volume data entry, process supplier invoices and credit notes, and manage payments via EFT while ensuring SOX compliance and accurate reconciliations. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in a fast-paced AP role within a large environment, with stock invoice processing and three‑way matching experience, plus strong MS Excel and

• Minimum two years in a high volume Accounts Payable role.
• Experience in a large environment with stock invoices and three-way matching.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills for supplier/internal queries.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Must maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• High volume data entry of stock and operational invoices.
• Data entry of credit adjustment notes based on RFCs.
• Preparation of payments via EFT per scheduled runs.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow-up of unreconciled invoices/credits.
• Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Contribute to key process improvement projects and SOX compliance.
