Morson Edge Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established facilities services organisation based in Torrensville or the surrounding Adelaide suburbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or similar finance administration role.
• Experience in facilities management, building services or maintenance is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach to stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Simpro experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices for suppliers and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage accounts receivable invoicing and maintain accurate billing records.
• Liaise with clients, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors via phone and email.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating service jobs to support efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word to support daily finance and administration tasks.
