Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable with PO matching and supplier management.
Ability to process high volumes with exceptional accuracy and data integrity.
Experience preparing payments and supporting month-end processes in a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

Process and manage supplier invoices with accurate coding and PO matching.
Deliver end-to-end AP services and timely supplier payments.
Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs and maintain creditor records.
Assist with month-end activities including reconciliations.
Contribute to process improvements and AP performance.
Provide high-quality administrative support; liaise with suppliers and internal staff.
