Job summary

ACFS is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer for the New Zealand Entity, based in Port Botany with onsite parking and own transport essential. The role focuses on accurate data entry, invoice coding, supplier communications, and timely payments within a busy AP team.

You will use Oracle ERP and Excel to manage end-to-end AP processes, including reconciling accounts and resolving invoice disputes, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable department or similar role.
• Experience using Oracle ERP preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice coding and data entry.
• Follow up on invoice disputes/rejections to resolve outcomes.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with AP and finance to meet end-of-month deadlines.
