About the Role

Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is seeking a proactive and adaptable Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Division.

Working within a small and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in the delivery of day-to-day accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, statement reconciliations and payment runs. You’ll also provide support to the VMO Accounts team and work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and helping maintain accurate, audit-ready financial processes.

While the current environment is manual and process-focused, there is a strong commitment to continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a high level of accuracy, adaptability and a proactive approach, and who enjoys identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

This is more than a transactional accounts payable role. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team where your contribution is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and your work helps support the effective delivery of health services across our community.

Employment Type: This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
