Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Lead Accounts Payable & Receivable to lead our Shared Services AP/AR function from our Brisbane/Sydney footprint. You will guide a small team, ensure accurate, compliant transactional finance services, and partner with site stakeholders to drive performance improvements.

We are looking for an experienced finance leader who can coach staff, optimize processes and contribute to enterprise-wide reporting and controls within a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AP/AR or transactional finance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage priorities.
• Exposure to Shared Services or multi-site environments; advanced ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the AP/AR team
• Managing service delivery and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites
• Monitoring KPIs and reporting performance outcomes
• Supporting vendor management and compliance activities
• Driving continuous improvement and process standardisation
• Contributing to the Shared Services leadership team
• Supporting reporting and insights for business decisions
