Job summary

Redox is seeking a meticulous accounts payable officer for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Sydney. You will handle processing of supplier invoices and payments, petty cash, and various local purchasing and freight charges.

Key duties include processing corporate credit card charges, customs and EFT items, cheque runs, and remittance advice. You will reconcile creditor statements and respond to internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, organised and able to maintain high attention to detail.
• 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (desirable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Process petty cash accounts.
• Handle local and sundry purchase orders, cartage, deliveries and related charges.
• Process corporate credit card charges and EFT items.
• Reconcile creditors statements and supplier accounts.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Process employee expense reimbursements.
