Job summary

Redox & Co is seeking a meticulous and organised Accounts and Customer Care professional for a 12 month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will handle invoicing, maintain customer records, investigate account queries, and manage receipts and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential. The role requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to support

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently
• Excellent customer service and phone manner

Responsibilities

• Invoicing customers
• Open, update and maintain the customer database
• Investigate queries on customer accounts
• Daily processing and allocation of customer receipts
• Telephone collection of due and overdue accounts
• Communicate and follow up on outstanding debts, including initiating action
• Reconcile accounts and process adjustments
• Obtain trade references and credit reports
• Process credit applications
• Registering and discharging PPSR
• Receive purchase orders via third-party portal, invoice and reconcile accounts
