Job summary

Worthwhile Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer for a casual assignment in Frenchs Forest until the end of July. The role focuses on Accounts Payable with additional Accounts Receivable duties, and requires strong Xero experience.

You will manage high-volume AP/AR transactions, maintain supplier and customer records, and contribute to accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start and a three-day workweek are on offer.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable support, including reconciliations
• Processing high-volume and complex financial transactions
• Managing supplier and customer accounts
• Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero

About You

• Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience in Australia
• Proven experience managing high-volume, complex AP and AR functions
• Strong working knowledge of Xero
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Highly Regarded

• Experience within the Aged Care and/or NDIS sector
• Knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS funding and compliance requirements
