Job summary

Procare Group, a leading national service provider in the Insurance Industry, is seeking an organised accounts officer in Parramatta to manage accounts receivable and payable and ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

You will work closely with the team on payment allocations, invoicing, remittance advices, reconciliations, and debtor/creditor records, with a strong focus on attention to detail and clear communication; this full-time role offers a supportive culture and opportunities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accounts experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment allocation, receipting, refunds, credits and overpayments.
• Prepare and send invoices and remittance advices.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage debtor and creditor records and respond to queries.
• Process supplier invoices and maintain creditor records.
