Job summary

NOW Careers Group is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Varsity Lakes team in Australia. Based with our Finance Manager, you will ensure accurate payroll services, manage receivables, and assist with month-end reporting and compliance.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, perform reconciliations, and support a small, reliable team that values initiative and professional service. Proficiency in MYOB and Excel is essential, as is an organised, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Modern Awards and ability to interpret them.
• Proficiency with MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to use initiative.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

The Role

Based in Varsity Lakes, you'll work closely with our Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll services, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
