Job summary

Brandt Tractor Australia is seeking a Manager of Accounting – Australia to supervise day-to-day finance, accounting and ERP operations. You will ensure timely month-end reporting and collaborate with the Senior Financial Accountant and Accountants.

The role offers advancement opportunities within Brandt as the organisation grows, with competitive remuneration and a supportive environment. You will drive IFRS16, budgeting and internal controls across Australian operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Current CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Extensive experience using Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, cut-off schedules and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review Month End Journals, Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Review the Company’s internal consolidation entries.
• Review IFRS16 schedule, depreciation and asset registers.
• Coordinate and support annual audit and regulatory reporting.
• Assist budgeting and monthly operational/variance analysis.
