Job description

Andi-Co Australia is a family-owned importer and distributor of premium European and soon to be US appliances for household and professional applications across Australia, since 1982.

Providing Australia with Falcon and AGA range cookers from the UK, custom-made La Cornue range cookers from France, Novy induction cooktops from Belgium and Liebherr refrigeration (residential and professional) from Germany, we provide top of the range appliances and service to our customers. And have new brands from the US launching soon.

About the Role:

As our Account Manager, Falcon and Liebherr (NSW), you’ll take ownership of an established NSW retail territory and grow sales of Falcon range cookers and Liebherr refrigeration, including the premium Monolith range. That means building on already strong relationships with retailers and their store teams, training their staff to sell our brands with confidence, and making sure our displays look premium and deliver a strong return. Reporting to our National Sales Lead, Falcon and Liebherr, you’ll be part of a national team and a trusted face of Andi-Co with NSW retailers.

This is a role for someone who’s just as comfortable running a product training session on the shop floor as they are leading a business review with a retailer’s leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering on territory and retailer account budgets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners
  • Acting as the trusted and respected expert on the brands represented, continually seeking to improve knowledge
  • Supporting dealers during and after sales
  • Conducting regular reviews of displayed stock to ensure they are kept to a premium standard
  • Providing regular product training to educate retail staff and promote the brands
  • Looking for new retail business opportunities and conduct regular business meetings with existing retailers
  • Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Delivering on stock turns
  • Understanding customer business, competitor landscape and industry trends
  • Working in conjunction with marketing to ensure all messaging is on brand
  • Actively participating in both internal and external conferences and events
  • Positively contributing to the wider team and company, providing support where necessary
About You:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record as a key account manager
  • Knowledge and experience in the white goods industry would be preferable
  • Drive and initiative to want to succeed and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Be a team player
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at once, whilst maintaining attention to details
  • Sound commercial acumen and good computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM)
  • Clean driver’s licence and own car
What we will offer you:

A competitive salary package consisting of base salary, superannuation, motor vehicle allowance, plus a bonus incentive are on offer for the successful candidate.

Our mission is People First, Evolving Always, brought to life through our values of Curiosity, Trust and Unity. It’s this mindset that shapes how we work together and look after our employees, customers and suppliers every day.
