You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities and deliver sustainable growth through customer-centric service.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong customer-centric approach with KPI-driven mindset.
• Ability to use CRM data and manage sales pipelines.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of residential customer accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, reseller partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new sales opportunities and turn insights into growth.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain a strong sales rhythm through customer visits, call planning, pipeline management and follow-up.
• Use CRM data and customer trends to identify opportunities and inform your sales approach.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.
• Bring new ideas, challenge the status quo and create value for customers.
