Hooker and Heijden - Insurance and Underwriting Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a corporate client portfolio in Melbourne CBD. You will manage renewals end-to-end, prepare submissions, negotiate with insurers and present renewal reports.

You should be a broker with corporate or upper mid-market experience, capable of growing the book through new business and cross-selling across property, liability and other commercial classes.

Qualificações

• Must have corporate or upper mid-market brokerage experience.
• Experience managing corporate clients across property, liability and other commercial classes.
• Proven ability to grow a book through new business and account development.

About the Organisation

Our client is a global insurance brokerage with a Corporate Risks team in Melbourne's CBD.

About the Role

We're recruiting an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of corporate clients and grow it. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Risks Victoria.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing renewals end to end, from exposure collection through to placement
• Preparing underwriting submissions and negotiating terms with insurers
• Presenting renewal reports and advising clients on cover
• Handling endorsements, mid-term changes and documentation
• Supporting clients through claims
• Retaining the portfolio and growing it through new business and cross-selling to existing clients

About You

You’ll be a broker with corporate or upper mid-market experience, ready to manage a corporate portfolio and grow it.

Ideally you’ll bring:

• Experience managing corporate clients in a brokerage
• Experience across property, liability and other commercial classes
• A demonstrated ability to grow a book through new business and account development
