Key Responsibilities

IVE 3PL Account Management

Take end to end ownership of key IVE 3PL accounts as they seamlessly transition from Business Development into ongoing execution.

Serve as the trusted executive point of contact across IVE 3PL assigned accounts, steering operational excellence, contract compliance, and rapid problem resolution.

Monitor, evaluate, and present insights on KPIs, SLAs, and commercial growth metrics to showcase value to clients.

Proactively identify and unlock organic expansion opportunities, operational efficiencies, and value add initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal logistics and operations teams to consistently exceed client performance expectations..
